The Impact Improvement Program is designed to help businesses like ours take actionable steps toward fostering equity and inclusion. It’s more than a checklist; it’s a thoughtful approach to addressing systemic challenges through tangible workplace changes. Christine Moore, our Human Resources Lead, played a key role in our journey through the program.
